Architectural Designer

This professional work is the master planning resort project located at Guam island. The master planning program includes a welcome center, retail stores, villas, hotels, and a water park. We utilize the hill’s topography to create the best view for single villas, separating by the retail stores with the main connection road in order to create different privacy. The water park is surrounded by two high-rise hotels that allow direct access for tourism as well as enjoying the view of the ocean.
